Hakim inaugurates the Smart Art Gallery

KOLKATA: Firhad Hakim, president of the Housing Infrastructure Development Corporation (Hidco) and the state Minister of Housing on Friday opened a smart art gallery in New Town to encourage budding artists. The main gallery consists of fixed billboards and movable billboards. Artists can exhibit their works of art for free for a week. A unique art street has been created next to gate number 1 of Eco Park to display the works of artisans and artists. The smart art gallery was created so that people can make a habit of visiting art museums like in western countries and appreciating the works of art.
