DECATUR, Alabama – A new exhibit is in Decatur at the Alabama Center for the Arts.
The Muscle Shoals National Heritage Area has launched its latest Hidden Spaces exhibit.
This is a photo-historical collaboration between the University of Northern Alabama, Abraham Rowe Photography and photographer Zachary Aaron.
Photos explore Byler Road, which is Alabama’s first national highway, Old Town Decatur, Mooresville, and more.
âWe’re thrilled because we’ve had a lot of opportunities over the last year or so, to work on projects in Morgan County, which is our most easterly county, so it’s great to be able to partner with organizations such as Decatur-Morgan County Tourism, Morgan County Archives, City of Decatur to help continue Heritage Zone work in Eastern Counties as well, âsaid the Executive Director from the Muscle Shoals National Heritage Area, Carrie Barske Crawford.
The exhibit will remain at the Alabama Center of the Arts until the end of August.
